1 14 oz. Sausage Dogs package
1 tomato- chopped
1 onion- chopped
1 bundle of cilantro- chopped
1 Tbsp. lime juice
Salt & Pepper
1 package of good quality buns
1. Grill sausage dogs to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
2. Mix tomato, onion, cilantro and lime juice.
Salt & pepper to taste.
3. Place sausage in bun.
4. Top with Pico de Gallo mixture.
You can also add jalapenos or your preferred pepper to the Pico De Gallo mixture.
Please cook product to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
