8 cups Greens- chopped
2 Turkey Necks
4 Chicken Bouillon cubes
6 cups Water
1 TBS Olive Oil


1. Boil water, turkey neck and bouillon cubes for 45 minutes.
2. Add olive oil.
3. Add chopped greens.
4. Cook at a low temperature for 3-4 hours.

Add salt and pepper if desired.

Collard greens do reduced when cooked, so better to be prepared with extra ingredient than to not have enough once cooked!
