Spicy Sausage Pasta

Ingredients:

Small to Medium serving size – Penne Rigatoni Noodle
1 Tbsp. Parsley
1 Tbsp. Garlic powder
2 cups Chicken n Broth
¼ Tbsp. Red Pepper flakes
½ cup Green Onion
1 Tomato- diced
1 cup Flour
14 oz Roger Wood Andouille Sausage

Directions:

1. Brown Andouille sausage in a pan to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
2. Cook the penne rigatoni noodles according to package.
3. Cook tomato, green onion, parsley & red pepper in a pan for 2 minutes.
4. Add 2 cups of chicken broth.
5. Slowly whisk in flour until thick.
6. Add noodles and sausage to the mixture once sauce has reached desired thickness.
