Cookin' for College
Baked Spaghetti with Sausage
Box of desired shaped noodles
Roger Wood Beef smoked sausage
Roger Wood Pork smoked sausage
Jar of red sauce
1/2 block grated cheddar cheese
1/2 block grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 block grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil noodles until tender. Warm up red sauce. Cube
beef and pork sausage, brown in frying pan (desired amount, usually 1-2 links
of each.) Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Begin to layer the noodles,
meat, sauce and cheese until dish is full (2-3 layers.) Bake for 30 to 40 minutes
or until cheese begins to turn brown.
Stuffed Peppers
3-4 peppers
1/2 block of sharp cheddar
1/2 block of mozzarella
Salt and pepper
Basil
Olive oil
Tinfoil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut out core of pepper and remove seeds. Cube and
brown the beef sausage. Fill pepper with cubed cheeses and browned sausage. Brush
outside of pepper with olive oil. Put salt, pepper and basil on outside of pepper.
Wrap pepper with tinfoil, leaving the top open. Cook for 20-30 minutes or until
peppers are tender.
Not Your Normal Mac-N-Cheese
Box of mac-n-cheese
Roger Wood Spicy Andouille Cajun style smoked sausage
Italian seasoning
Oregano
Whatever other cheeses you have on hand: American, Swiss, Parmesan,
Cheddar, Monterey Jack, anything else that you think will taste
good
Follow your mac-n-cheese box directions. Cut sausage into cubes or circles, and
brown in frying pan. Once mac-n-cheese is done, mix in the Italian seasoning,
other cheeses, and sausage.
College Corned Beef
Roger Wood beef smoked sausage (instead of Vidalia sausage)
can diced potatoes, 1 can per link of sausage
season salt
Cube sausage and brown in frying pan. Once meat is browned drain the can potatoes
and pour them into the frying pan. Season salt to taste.
Pancake Taco
Pancake mix
Roger Wood Signature beef smoked sausage
2 eggs for every link of sausage
Cheddar cheese
Follow box instructions for the pancakes and set them aside. Then cube the sausage and brown in a frying pan for 4 to 5 minutes. Crack eggs and drop in pot. Break the yolk and mix sausage into the eggs, after cooking for 2 to 3 minutes crumble in some cheese. Let the cheese melt and then place sausage, egg and cheese mixture into the pancakes. Use syrup or honey if you like. Salt and pepper to taste.
